On Monday, March 20, I had the very special opportunity to attend and volunteer at the 2017 Global Marketing Summit. Having gone to other company events including Magic To Do and the LA Times Book Festival most recently, I have gotten to know many Princess employees in my lifetime.

Those same Princess employees (or simply, “princesses” for short) have been part of my life for years, some since I was just a baby. Over time, coming into the offices, exchanging cruise tips, and seeing each other around town they have equally become my heroes. They are moms, dads, analytical people, creative minds, expressive designers, and show-stopping idea makers. Most importantly, they are my inspiration.

Meeting them is always a treat but Monday was a big day for me, especially since it was on a global level. As per usual the princesses from SCV who I avidly see, the princesses I have met online and who are probably reading this from the UK, and the princesses from Australia/New Zealand and Asia departments who I have never met.

I was able to develop a game (Princess Charades), take photos of the groups and introduce myself and this entire blog to about 90 people. It was an absolute blast to meet people who have inspired me to become the person I am today. The whole night was spectacular to meet different people and share some of our own cruising experiences.

It was a night that will forever live in memory.

Hi, I'm Danny! I have been cruising with Princess Cruises for over sixteen years and have grown up cruising around the world since I was three years old. My favorite destination is the British Isles and my favorite ship is Regal Princess! When I'm onboard a ship you'll often find me on a balcony watching the day go by and enjoying the sweet ocean breeze.
